You can search all available roles here. When applying for a role for the first time, your Applicant Profile will be automatically created. This will be your login account for all updates as well as any future applications with the bank.
Our Recruitment Team read each application - so take the time to prepare your resume, cover letter (if applicable) and responses to the application questions. First impressions count.
Phone interview
If your submitted application is successful, you will be invited to discuss your application further. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills and motivation for the role you’ve applied for. We'll ask a few questions to get to know you, and encourage you to ask any questions you have about the position or about us. Online assessments
As part of your recruitment experience, you may be asked to complete some online behaviour-based games.
As you play the games, all of your interactions and responses are being captured so we can get a holistic understanding of your soft skills - the cognitive, social and emotional factors that influence how you show up at work. There are no right or wrong answers when it comes to the games, the data purely sheds light on your individual behavioural profile and how this aligns with the role you have applied for. Assessment Centres
Some of our Customer Consultant roles may involve you attending a Virtual Recruitment Day, where you can meet the recruiters and some of your new team members. You'll be sent a Microsoft Teams invitation for the session, which will include group activities, which will be interactive and informal, as well as an individual interview where you'll get the chance to shine and ask any questions you may have.
